Here is an Itinerary of Excursions which took place during the course of 2018
May 2018
We departed from West Worthing Tennis Club at 9.30 on 28th May for a five day break to Warners Hotel, Littlecote House. We travelled by luxury coach, with a lunch break at Winchester. During the three full days we enjoyed a steam train ride to and from Cheltenham Racecourse, a day in Oxford and a visit to Adam Henson's farm We had a reserved area in the theatre to enjoy the evening entertainment.
August 2018
On 1st August we met in Chichester and enjoyed a Chichester Canal Boat Trip with freshly cooked fish and chips or vegetarian lunch served on board.
September 2018
An interesting coach trip from Ferring to the Royal Docks in London. We were amazed at the redevelopment in and around that area of London. On arrival, we had a three and a half hour "Cockney" afternoon with chicken and chips for lunch. Song sheets to join in the singing (although most of us knew the words!) and a "knees-up" at the end. The coach started from and returned to Ferring.
21 November 2018
A very enjoyable three course Christmas Lunch at the Windsor Hotel in Worthing. Out wives, partners and widows had time for a general "catch-up" before lunch. Following our meal, an excellent raffle was held with a good variety of prizes. Prior to our departure, the ladies were presented with a Poinsettia.

A group of us enjoyed supper and a Rock'n'Roll evening at our local pub. Funny how we can remember all the words of the hits of the 50s and 60s but haven't a clue about today's top 20!

18th December 2018
In lieu of the usual members' lunch on the 18th of this month, we enjoyed a three course meal in the early evening at the Indoor Bowls Club 1 Field Place, The Boulevard, Worthing BN13 1NP.
The promise of another excellent meal was met!
